Do I need a special license to ride a PIXAR E-Bike?

No special license is required. Our bikes are classified as Class 1 and Class 2 e-bikes, making them legal for use on most city streets and designated bike paths.

What is the shipping timeframe for a new bike?

Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. Your bike will arrive 85% assembled with all necessary tools and instructions included for a quick setup.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

Every PIXAR E-Bike comes with a comprehensive 2-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.

Can I ride my e-bike in the rain?

Yes, our bikes are IP65 water-resistant, meaning they can handle splashes and rain. However, we recommend avoiding deep puddles and not pressure washing the electrical components.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply based on the bike's condition.
