At PIXAR E-Bike, we want to ensure your ride is perfect; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Securely pack the e-bike in its original factory box, ensuring all components, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and coordinate a freight pickup for your convenience.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage or wear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
